1. Data we collect

Account: name, phone, email, password hash.

Orders: address, cart, payment method, OTP events, support messages.

Partners: shop or rider KYC, bank or UPI, location while on a job (riders), device token for alerts.

Technical: IP, browser, and app logs needed to run the service.

2. How we use it

To create your account, assign a shop and rider, complete delivery, take payment, settle partners, prevent fraud, and send order updates.

Customers do not see shop or rider identity in the normal flow. Shops and riders see only what they need for that order.

3. Sharing

Payment data is processed by Razorpay. Hosting and SMS or email vendors may process data on our instructions.

We share data with police or regulators when Indian law requires it. We do not sell customer lists.

4. Retention and rights

We keep order and settlement records as tax and consumer law require, then delete or anonymise when no longer needed.

You may ask to see, correct, or close your account at support. Some records must stay for legal reasons.
